Inspired by our own family’s love for fitness, we created this set after noticing how much our little ones (ages 3 to 5) wanted to join in on our CrossFit sessions! Their enthusiasm sparked the idea to design a fun, safe, and realistic barbell just for kids — and that’s how the Junior Gym Kids Barbell Set was born.

Made from durable PETG, ASA, and PLA+ materials, the full set weighs 2.4 kg in total. It includes a silver barbell and six weight plates (2x25kg, 2x15kg, 2x5kg markings), each with clear labels and a smooth, rounded finish that’s gentle on little hands.

Kids can easily slide the plates on and off, mimicking a real gym setup while building coordination, motor skills, and confidence. The barbell features a low-depth diamond knurling grip, giving a realistic gym feel while remaining safe and comfortable for small hands.

At 113 cm x 24 cm x 24 cm, it’s the perfect size for play at home — whether your child’s “training session” happens in the living room or playroom! Each plate comes in a classic black finish with white lettering, giving it an authentic gym look that kids will love showing off. However, we offer a wide range of colour options and the choice of adding your child names to the plates. 

This set helps children develop a positive connection to physical activity and provides hours of imaginative play — a fun way to inspire healthy habits early on!
